  • What is the cost of the retreat?
    The cost of the retreat starts at $180 for couples, $80 for individuals.

  • Is the hotel included in the registration?
    No. You are responsible for reserving and paying for your hotel stay.

  • Do I have to stay at the hotel?
    No, but to enhance the weekend and ensure all distractions are left behind, we highly encourage it.

  • Do I need to attend all sessions?
    In order to get the most out of the weekend, we suggest all sessions be attended.

  • Is this for engaged or seriously dating couples?
    Yes. It's great for anyone considering a serious relationship or marriage.

  • Are children allowed in the sessions?
    We care deeply about your family. In order to keep your weekend free of distractions and as a courtesy to other guests, we do not allow children in our sessions. No childcare will be provided for the conference.

  • Can I be a vendor at the event?

  • What should I expect?
    FRIDAY

    Registration 6 pm - 7 pm

    Sessions start 7 pm - 9 pm

    SATURDAY

    Sessions begin Saturday at 9:30 am-2 pm *

    Closing event at 7 pm dinner provided.

    *lunch will be provided as well as light refreshments

  • Where do I register?

    You can register HERE.

  • What is the attire for the conference?

    Casual attire for Friday and Saturday during the day. Saturday night is a themed event, theme attire is recommended but not required.

  • Will food be provided?

    Light refreshments will be provided Friday and Saturday during the sessions. Dinner will be provided Saturday night.

  • What should I bring?

    You can come just as you are, but you are welcome to bring a Bible, a notebook, and a pen.

  • Will there be any extra fees, or does my registration fee cover everything?

    Breakfast and snacks for you and your spouse are included in your registration fee. There will also be complimentary non-alcoholic drinks available. Additionally, merchandise from the conference and our special guest will be available to purchase.

  • Do I have to register now, or can I do it at the door?

    The Marriage God’s Way Conference may reach capacity. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to register early as we are not able to offer same-day registration.

  • Should I come to the conference if I am not affiliated with a church?

    Absolutely! Church membership is not required to attend the conference.

  • May I invite couples who do not attend Journey to the conference?

    Please do! Marriage God’s Ways Conference is for previous attendees and the people in their lives: friends, family, co-workers, and neighbors.

  • Who is able to attend the Marriage Conference?

    Engaged or married couples of all ages are welcome. We design the conference to be applicable and enjoyable for couples in their 20’s to their 90’s.

  • Are there conference incentives?

    All registered guests have the opportunity to get registration reimbursement… if you refer and have 5 couples register before the registration cut-off date, you can have your registration reimbursed to you!

  • Is the conference refundable?

    Thank you for understanding that all registrations are transferable but non-refundable. Transfers are the responsibility of the two parties involved, and Marriage God’s Ways does not arrange payments for transferred registrations or the exchange of tickets.  If a transfer is done, Marriage God’s Ways notified for registration purposes marriagegodsway.va@gmail.com .

  • Are scholarships available to cover a portion of the registration fee?

    To request a scholarship application for the conference, please email marriagegodsway.va@gmail.com.
